IBPS & SBI 2026 Photo, Signature, Thumb and Declaration Size Guide

Bank exams need four separate files. Here is the size of each, the declaration text, and the mistakes that get forms rejected.

IBPS PO, Clerk, RRB, SO and SBI forms all use the same four uploads, plus a live photo taken in the form. Getting all four right before you start saves a lot of time, because the form times out while you search for files.

The declaration text

Write this in English, in running handwriting (not capitals), on white paper with black ink, using your own name:

"I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required."

Step by step

  1. Prepare everything on paper first: signature, left thumb impression (ink pad, one firm press) and the declaration.
  2. Photograph each page in daylight from straight above.
  3. Open the bank exam resizer and pick Photo, Signature, Left thumb or Declaration in turn.
  4. Crop, check the ✓, download, and name the files clearly (photo.jpg, sign.jpg, thumb.jpg, declaration.jpg).

Common mistakes

  • Signature or declaration in CAPITAL letters: rejected.
  • Thumb impression smudged or cut off: press once, and keep the whole print inside the crop box.
  • Different signature on the admit card later: sign the same way every time.
