All files are JPG/JPEG. Checked against the IBPS recruitment notice (2026) in November 2026. Rules can change between exam cycles, so compare with your own notice before you submit.
Write this text by hand on white paper, with your own name, in English and not in capital letters:
"I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required."
Then photograph it in daylight, pick Declaration above and download. The same text is used by IBPS and SBI. Check your notice in case it asks for different wording.
The form also asks you to take a live photo with your webcam or phone camera. You can't upload a file for it, but a few things make it pass the first time:
